32 Day Photo Challenge: Day 13: Tis the season.
What’s the first thing you think of when you think of this theme? Go ahead, say it out loud … is it shopping? Baking? Doing for others? Going into debt? (I hope not!) Buying things for yourself at discount? Listening to Christmas carols? Giving to the Bell Ringers? BINGO! I knew you’d get it! Tis the season to give and there are plenty of ways to do it … charities abound. Every bit of change or paper adds up to help someone else. Giving something … anything … from your heart (at any time during the year) can uplift a person in ways we may never know about. I went shopping all day today and ran into a nice young man named Harve with good manners demonstrated by opening the doors for anyone coming in or out of Macy’s. He’s looking on today so give a shout out to Harve for a job well done cause it’s cold out there for a job like this! As I was finishing his picture a family came out with a football team of boys. It was so cute as they each got some coins to put in the bucket. Teachable moments. Nuff said. Merry Christmas everyone! Mary

And this is the number one reason why I need to be carrying cash around at Christmas time!!!
It’s good karma to put a little something in the bucket everytime you pass by. Merry Christmas!
