A Family Affair

Hope and Joe are our neighbors two doors down. They have three children between them … Aidan, Megan, and Megan (no, that’s not a type-o) and have not had family pictures since they were married four years ago. Hope’s Aunt Liz and Uncle Barry were in town, and her parents, Bill and Sue, celebrate 50 years of marriage next August, so you can see there were lots of reasons for photos! I met Bill and Sue (and their Bedlington Terrier, Zeke) at a park before the others arrived and I liked them instantly. They looked great, had a loving way about them, and Bill made me laugh every time I put them in a close pose because he would sweetly say “oh my goodness” or “oh my” but, trust me, neither of them needed any coaxing to snuggle up. 🙂  Can I be just like you guys when I grow up? Barry is Sue’s brother, and his wife is Liz. I got them snuggled up too, which you’ll see resulted in quite the giggles. Who doesn’t love to giggle with the one you love! Hope’s brother, Wim, was also there. And as for Joe, Hope, and the kids? Well, they’re a friendly fun family, and we’re gonna have a whole lot more fun when we do their BSU photo session later in November. Joe is their #1 fan (ok, along with 100,000 other folks in this town). Go Broncos! Thanks for the opportunity to make some family memories, Hope. What a great extended family you have. See you on the block! Mary

What a great looking family! I really like the pictures of them all on the rocks. Not a bad picture in the group. Way to go Mary!
