Pre-Easter

With the possibility of at least one of my two new grandbabies being born any time now, I thought it best to have some Easter egg fun now — while the gettin’s good. The plan was to gather at Megan’s house to color Easter eggs and take a few maternity pictures. My house is a […]

Well, I was already jealous that we missed out on the RARE cousin gathering…but after seeing these adorable pictures of the faces we see to little of, I’m even more jealous. I love the one of the knees under the table, and who can resist the face of Mae???

FairlyCandid.wordpress.com - March 31, 2012 - 12:28 PM

I know, I was bummed too that Syd had to get sick and keep you away. I was so happy to see Eva and Emma … they were there only about a half hour so timing was perfect for me to see them.

Just great photos, thanks for sharing, Mary.

Aubrey - April 1, 2012 - 3:44 PM

That shot under the table, wow, really like the perspective. Love seeing sweet boys, happily occupied 😉

matt - April 5, 2012 - 12:43 PM

Great photos mom! I know Megan was sad she and Syd could not be there. I love the high 5 picture, and the photos that look like dad when he concentrates minus the tung hanging out. I love reading new posts.

They're Back! Ella and the Boys

Ella is 18 months old and you’ve seen her before here (at 6 months) and again at her Onederful Birthday Party last September. It was a year ago at Easter that I photographed her with her cousins, Connor and Landon in a little make-shift studio in my house since it was raining. If I believed in lucky […]

Lori - March 29, 2012 - 5:06 PM

Mary, these are incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. You are AMAZING!!

Sydney's Family

It was date night for Mommy and Daddy and Sydney got to spend the night with us! As they left she very boldly said “Have fun guys!” I had to take the opportunity to snap a simple picture of her folks before they left as it’s been a while since we had a belly shot […]

Mary, so sweet! Love how sweet that little girl is…can I just say on a different note, how grateful we are that you were able to capture Milt and Max before we lost this sweet man! Some of your photos have made the video that we will be showing after the service and makes us all smile, you never cease to amaze me…thanks again!

Cathie Alonzo - March 19, 2012 - 8:38 AM

Wonderful photos but better yet – a great narrative! Thanks for sharing.

Megan - March 19, 2012 - 12:58 PM

Seriously? Those eyes are killing me in the picture of her sharing a bite with you. And I’m glad I fooled everyone looking “refreshed”…everyone left and I SLEPT!!! I don’t know if refreshed is a word that is in my vocab these days…and probably not anytime soon!

I do have a handsome man, Syd’s right. 😉

Thanks for the date night and creating another lasting memory with our sweetie. ♥

Aubrey - March 20, 2012 - 3:23 PM

Oooooh, the black and whites are my favorite of this post. Megs should have 12 more kids if she can look that amazing even at the end of pregnancy 😀 I predict another girl.

Urban Accents: Marcelle and Brenner

I love Downtown Boise. I’ve worked downtown for close to 20 years now with my current job and a previous one. It has so much to offer and Marcelle was a champ and was up to going anywhere for our photo session together. Marcelle is a Legal Administrative Assistant and co-worker of mine and would […]

What a great story these pictures tell! It’s easy to see there is a special mother-daughter relationship within these photos. I love the colors and both ladies are beautiful! My absolute favorite is Brenner with the colorful jacket against the colorful wall. This little girl could be a model with this photo in her portfolio.

Lesley - March 16, 2012 - 10:51 AM

Marcelle and Brenner are so beautiful!!! I love the pictures. They really do capture their great relationship. Lesley

Marce,
I love these photos of you and Bunny! You both look amazing! She is you all over and her happiness shows in her eyes. Of course I had to share the link of my beautiful sister and niece on my FB page bragging about you is one of the things I do best.

Loves to you

Monique

My cousins look beautiful!

Sammy and Lexxy – Turning 4

Meet soon-to-be four year old fraternal twins, Sammy (in purple) and Lexxy (in aqua), with their naturally curly blonde hair and one freckle per opposite cheek. They are the daughters of a co-worker of mine and were bundles of energy just the way four-year olds should be. The day couldn’t have been any more beautiful with […]

What little cutie pies!!! I love, LOVE the one of them blowing confetti- was that your idea? Genius!

Linda - March 12, 2012 - 9:15 PM

What beautiful little girls–so photogenic. Though my favorite picture was the close up one of Sammy in the purple dress with the serious expression on her face looking over her shoulder at the camera. Something aabout that picture made feel as if I might weep. Your photos are seriously special as always, friend.

FairlyCandid.wordpress.com - March 13, 2012 - 5:37 AM

Thank you Linda. I loved that one too … and the third one of Lexxy hugging herself. My two favorites.

FairlyCandid.wordpress.com - March 13, 2012 - 5:39 AM

Yes and they loved it. It was the only time I could get them to sit together for any length of time. I had a sheet under them so we could do it over and over and over.

Beth - The Botut Blog - March 18, 2012 - 8:58 PM

Wow, you did an excellent job of capturing their personalities in these photos. I can just imagine that they were little balls of energy and I can even feel the energy! Great shots.

Happy 90th Sim!

I was so excited to get the call that asked if I would document a family event honoring the patriarch of the Churchfield family who was being honored for his 90th birthday. When you hear of a 90-year-old, I’ll bet most of you think of someone who sits in a rocker all day. Not so […]
